(Dr.) Ninan Verghese - Senior Pastor

Rev. Verghese has been the pastor of
the CSI Church of Dallas from 1985. He was born in Mallappally,
Kerala, India. He graduated with a B.Th. from South India
Biblical Seminary in Bangarapet, Karnataka and a B.A. from
Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu, Nepal. While in Nepal,
he served as a missionary with Youth For Christ & New Life
League working among the university students. He has lived
in Dallas, Texas with his wife for the past 39 years graduating
from Perkins School of Theology at Southern Methodist University
with an M.Th., S.T.M. and Doctor of Ministry degrees. He
was ordained a pastor in the Church of South India in 1985.
He also serves as President of Friends of Indian Evangelical
Mission in North America. Rev. & Mrs. Verghese have two
children; Sophie & Cecil, who are both married. |
Rev. Franklin Sherwin - Associate Pastor

Rev. Sherwin was born and raised outside
Bangalore, India which helped him to learn many languages.
He graduated with a B.Sc. degree from Bangalore and went
eastward to attend seminary at Gurukul Lutheran Theological
College in Chennai from where he graduated with a B.D. degree.
He has also obtained a M.A. degree in Mass Communication
and Journalism. He was ordained a pastor in the Church of
South India in 1998 and served in India for 6 years. In
2004, Rev. Sherwin along with his wife Anitha came to Dallas,
Texas. He attended Dallas Theological Seminary and graduated
with an S.T.M. degree. Besides his responsibilities as minister
of education at CSI Church of Dallas, Rev. Sherwin also
serves as Hospital Chaplain at Baylor University Medical
Center in downtown Dallas. |
